The NATIONAL AUTHORISING OFFICE, MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND NATIONAL PLANNING, wishes to inform prospective applicants that Corrigendum No. 3 has been issued for the Request for Expressions of Interest for the Owner’s Engineer and Programme Management Advisory Consultant (PMAC) under the Railway Sector Support Programme (RSSP).
This Corrigendum introduces an amendment to Point 4.1: Legal Capacity, providing further clarification on eligibility requirements, including establishment in an eligible country or territory under the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument – Global Europe (NDICI – Global Europe) and other applicable participation requirements.
Prospective applicants are advised to carefully review the Corrigendum and the attached eligibility requirements. Applicants who submitted their Expressions of Interest prior to the issuance of this Corrigendum are not required to resubmit their applications.
All other provisions of the original Request for Expressions of Interest and previous corrigenda remain unchanged unless otherwise stated.
