The National Authorising Office, Ministry of Finance and National Planning, wishes to inform all prospective applicants that clarifications have been issued in relation to the Request for Expressions of Interest for the Owner’s Engineer and Programme Management Advisory Consultant (PMAC) – Railway Sector Support Programme (RSSP).
The clarification document provides official responses to questions received from prospective applicants regarding the submission requirements, relevant experience, and other aspects of the Expression of Interest process.
Prospective applicants are advised to carefully review the clarifications together with the original Request for Expressions of Interest and related application documents when preparing their submissions.
Please note that the deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest remains 28 September 2026 at 16:00 hours Central Africa Time (CAT).
