The Government of the Republic of Zambia, through the Ministry of Finance and National Planning, National Authorising Office, invites eligible consulting firms to submit Expressions of Interest for Consultancy Services for Designing and Piloting of a Farmer-Led Irrigation Development (FLID) Intervention in Zambia under the Irrigated and Sustainable Agriculture for Transformation (ISAT) Project.
The assignment will support the design of the FLID component of the ISAT Project, including the design and piloting of a results-based financing framework tailored to farmer-led irrigation development. The consultancy will include diagnostic activities, development of scalable FLID intervention models, piloting of the proposed methodology, and implementation and evaluation of selected interventions.
Eligible consulting firms with the required qualifications and relevant experience are invited to review the full Request for Expressions of Interest and submit their applications in accordance with the requirements outlined in the notice.
