   • Microsoft Power BI: Confirming requirements for Pro Licenses.

   • Windows Server Licenses: Requirements specified for Windows Server 2025 Datacentre (16 Cores per server, for a total of 4 servers).

   • Microsoft Office: Confirming requirements for Microsoft Office 365 E5.

   • Data Storage Unit: Clarified that the requirement is for a NAS Appliance with preferred SSD storage, specific x86 architecture (e.g., AMD Ryzen 7 7000 series 8-core or Intel equivalent), 32GB DDR5 RAM, and specific 10GBASE-T connectivity and hypervisor integration (VMware or Hyper-V).

2. Eligibility & Turnover Rules:

   • Clarification that the minimum average annual turnover requirement applies to each lot independently rather than cumulatively.

3. Currency and Payment Rules:

   • All bids must be submitted exclusively in Euros (EUR).

   • Payments will be made directly to the contractor in EUR from the EU Paying Agent. Bidders must bear any foreign exchange risks as there is no exchange rate adjustment mechanism in the contract.

4. Tax and Customs Exemptions:

   • Confirming that VAT and customs duty exemptions apply under the EDF/EU financing arrangements. Exemption procedures and certificate details are outlined within the document.
